Time: 10 a.m. PT (11 a.m. MT; 12 p.m. CT; 1 p.m. ET)
This year’s convening—“Fairness, Transparency and Accountability in Credit and Consumer Reporting”—will address where consumers stand today vis-á-vis the credit reporting industry. Our subject matter experts will identify challenges in the current system and suggest opportunities for improvement. They will discuss the role credit reports play in consumers’ ability to obtain credit and housing, and the challenges—including access, accuracy and correction issues—faced by consumers as they navigate the credit reporting system. Speakers will also share recent legislative and regulatory updates. We hope you’ll join us for an enlightening discussion that will offer practical information and advice for community-based organizations.
