The companies agreed to a settlement as a result of a cyber attack on their point of sales systems. Consumers who paid with a credit card or debit card at a Saks, Saks OFF 5TH, or Lord & Taylor store between May 1, 2017 and April 1, 2018 may be eligible for cash payment and expense reimbursement.
