Pfizer agreed to pay $50 million to settle allegations that the pharmaceutical giant conspired with other manufacturers to increase and fix the price of brand-name EpiPen and generic epinephrine autoinjectors. If you purchased EpiPen or a generic equivalent directly from the manufacturer between March 13, 2014, and April 3, 2024, you may be eligible for payment.
