Real Good Foods, the maker of frozen meals sold at grocery stores, Costco and other retailers, agreed to pay $1.25 million to settle allegations that the company continued to send spam texts even after recipients tried to opt out—a violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). If you received an unsolicited marketing text from Real Good Foods between July 12, 2019, and April 9, 2024, after you had requested that the messages not be sent again, you may be eligible for an $8.25 payment or a $25 product voucher.
