Allianz Global Assistance agreed to a $19.75 settlement in a case alleging that the company charged illegal fees on travel and event protection plans. California residents who purchased certain Allianz travel insurance and event ticket insurance plans between Sept. 4, 2016, and Sept. 30, 2023, and Washington residents who purchased these plans between April 2, 2018, and Sept. 30, 2023, may be eligible for payment.
