Arkk Food Company, the maker of Wahlburgers Pickles, agreed to pay $2 million to settle allegations that the company’s claims that its product was “fresh,” “all natural,” and had “no preservatives” were misleading, because the pickles contained sodium benzoate, a preservative used in processed foods and beverages to extend shelf life. If you purchased any Wahlburgers Pickles between April 1, 2021, and March 31, 2023, you may be eligible to receive $2 per product for up to six products without proof of purchase, and full reimbursement for all products bought with proof of purchase.
