The maker of Batiste dry shampoo has agreed to a $2.5 settlement in a case alleging that certain of the products are contaminated with the known carcinogen benzene. Consumers who purchased an eligible Batiste product prior to May 30, 2023, may be entitled to payment or a product voucher.
