Alleges that customers who used a credit card were asked for their telephone numbers in violation of their privacy rights between February 14, 2010 and January 28, 2015 at Burlington Coal Factory stores in California. Class members may be eligible to receive either a $10 cash voucher or a $25 merchandise voucher for use at a California Burlington Coat Factory retail store.
