ConAgra Foods has agreed to pay a $3 million class action settlement resolving claims it falsely advertised certain Wesson oil products as “natural” when, in fact, the oils were made from genetically modified ingredients (GMOs). Consumers in 11 states who purchased a qualifying product after a date ranging from 2006 to 2010, depending on state, and before July 1, 2017, can receive a cash payment.
