The company that issues the Discover Card has agreed to pay $1 million to settle a lawsuit alleging that it violated the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by making prerecorded calls to consumers without their consent, regarding accounts they did not own. You may be eligible for payment if you received such a call between Aug. 25, 2017, and Feb. 7, 2023.
