The lawsuit alleges that certain 2011-2013 Dodge Durango or Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles with Totally Integrated Power Module (“TIPM”) system are defective, causing the vehicle to suddenly stall without warning. Consumers who purchased or leased these models may be eligible for extended warranty, and cash reimbursement of costs of past repairs or participate in the safety recall.
