The lawsuit alleges that in certain 2009-2012 Dodge Ram truck models 2500 4x4, 3500 4x4, 3500 Cab Chassis, 4500, and 5500 have defective steering linkage system. California consumers who purchased these models between July 1, 2009 and November 6, 2013 and did not qualify in the Repurchase Program may be eligible for warranty extension and cash payment.
