The maker of DreamCloud mattresses has agreed to pay money to settle charges brought by the FTC that the company’s claims that the mattresses contained “100% USA-made premium quality materials” were false. You may be eligible for a partial refund if you purchased a DreamCloud mattress based on these claims between Dec. 9, 2018, and Jan. 29, 2019, or between May 6, 2020, and June 26, 2020, and you have not already received a refund.
