The lawsuit alleges that Gogo improperly enrolled and charged consumers monthly for the inflight internet service. Consumers who subscribed to Gogo Monthly Pass and only used one month of service between April 1, 2010 and December 31, 2012 may be eligible for up to 6 One-Day Passes. Consumers who subscribed to Gogo Monthly Pass and only used one month of service between January 1, 2013 and March 31, 2015 may be eligible for 1 One-Hour Pass.
