Alleges that certain 2002-2004 Honda and 2001-2003 Acura vehicles with a five-speed automatic transmission have a safety defect in the 3rd clutch of the automatic transmission. California residents who are the original owner of the class vehicles and continue to own such vehicles as of December 7, 2005 may be eligible for reimbursement or $25 credit.
