Pop culture apparel and merch retailer Hot Topic agreed to settle a case alleging that the company violated California and Oregon law by deceptively advertising product discounts on its website. If you made a HotTopic.com online purchase between March 15, 2019, and July 29, 2024 (California residents), or between Aug. 25, 2022, and July 29, 2024 (Oregon residents), you may be eligible for a $10 payment.
