Kia and its parent company, Hyundai, have agreed to a settlement in a class action alleging that certain Kia vehicles have a defect that can cause engine seizing, stalling, failure, and possibly fire. If you bought or leased a qualifying 2010-2020 model year Kia vehicle (see the list of qualifying vehicles here), you may be eligible for reimbursement of out-of-pocket repair expenses, cash compensation/rebate, and/or warranty extension.
