Consumers who conducted credit or debit card transaction and received a printed receipt with that displayed more than the last five digits of their card number between November 4, 2011 and November 7, 2013 at the Navy Pier IMAX in Chicago, Illinois may be eligible for a pro rata share of the $400,000 settlement. The company reached a settlement over allegations of violations of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act.
