The lawsuit alleges that Intellicorp gave inaccurate criminal background reports to employers and failed to notify individuals that their criminal history information was reported to employers in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Individuals who were not given notification of the report may be eligible for up to $50. Individuals whose criminal history information reports were inaccurate may be eligible for up to $2000.
