Consumers who bought Joe’s Jeans or Hudson Clothing products with the “Made in USA” label between January 7, 2011 and December 31, 2015 may be eligible for one tote bag or one t-shirt. The company reached a settlement over allegations of improperly labeling and advertising the product as “Made in USA” when it contained some foreign made parts.
