Artsana USA has agreed to settle a lawsuit alleging that the company’s Chicco-branded “KidFit” booster seats are unsafe. The suit claims that the company misrepresented the minimum weight requirement for collision protection. You may be eligible for payment if you purchased a KidFit booster seat between April 22, 2015, and Dec. 31, 2021.
