Inc. basketball that was labeled as “Made in USA” between April 11, 2007 and December 31, 2012 may be eligible for one basketball of a certain model and either $12.50 or $30 merchandise certificate. The company reached a settlement over allegations of misrepresentation the country of origin of the basketball products when the products contained Chinese made component parts.
