LinkedIn agreed to pay $6.75 million to settle allegations that it violated the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) by allowing retirement plan participants to be charged excessive expenses and by selecting costly, poorly performing investments rather than safer options. If you were a participant in or a beneficiary of the LinkedIn 401(k) plan between Aug. 14, 2014, and July 1, 2020, you may be eligible for a payment.
