LinkedIn agreed to a $13 million settlement regarding LinkedIn’s Add Connections feature. Add Connections imports contacts from LinkedIn members external email accounts and sends connection invitations. LinkedIn members did not consent to the two reminder emails that used their names and likeness. Current and former LinkedIn members who used Add Connections between September 17, 2011 and October 31, 2014 may be eligible for a pro rata share of the settlement.
