A settlement has been reached in a case alleging that airline Lufthansa breached its terms of service by failing to refund, either entirely or within a reasonable amount of time, consumers whose flights were canceled due to COVID-19. Class members are U.S. residents who purchased tickets for Lufthansa flights scheduled to operate to or from the U.S. between Jan. 1, 2020, and Aug. 16, 2021, and whose flights were canceled by Lufthansa. If you are eligible, you may receive a payment or a flight voucher.
