Mattress Firm and Global Home Imports have settled a case alleging that some Bed Tech bed frames are defective (prone to collapse) and, therefore, dangerous. Consumers who purchased certain models of the Bed Tech HR Platform bed frame between April 8, 2015, and April 8, 2021, may be eligible for a payment or gift card under the $4.9 million settlement.
