Pennsylvania residents who received a collection letter from Midland Credit for an alleged debt owed to Verizon Pennsylvania, Inc. from March 5, 2012 to until the end of the case may be eligible for a pro rata share of the $350,000 settlement. The companies reached a settlement over allegations of violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
