NextFoods, the maker of GoodBelly probiotic drinks, has agreed to a $1.25 million settlement to resolve claims that the company made misrepresentations by describing its products as “health and wellness” drinks when, in fact, they may contain added sugar. You may be eligible for payment if you purchased a one-quart container of GoodBelly Probiotic Drink between Aug. 13, 2017, and Nov. 27, 2023.
