Consumers who own or lease a residence that contained a NIBCO’s Pex Tubing, Fittings, or Clamps after January 1, 2005 and experience property damage due to leak of the NIBCO product may be eligible to receive cash award between 25% to 70% of the property damage expenses. The company reached a settlement of allegations that the NIBCO’s Tubing, Fittings, or Clamps are defective. If the leak occurs after May 16, 2019, the deadline to submit a claim is 150 days after the leak occurred.
