Optimum and Suddenlink, providers of internet and television service, agreed to a $15 million settlement in a case alleging that the companies charged additional, undisclosed fees on customer accounts where a flat monthly rate had been quoted. If you were charged any of the qualifying fees between July 27, 2018, and May 5, 2023, you may be eligible for a payment between $10 and $27.50.
