Individuals who applied for employment between April 3, 2010 and April 2, 2013 and had adverse employment action taken against them based on the background reports may be eligible for $686.98. Individuals who applied for employment between April 3, 2013 and May 11, 2015 and had adverse employment action taken against them based on the background reports may be eligible for $975.
