The lawsuit alleges that Selection Management Systems, Inc reported criminal charges that did not result in conviction in background checks to employers in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.  Individuals who were the subject of employment background reports issued between January 27, 2012 and December 31, 2014 may be eligible for up to $1000.
