Consumers who conducted credit or debit card transactions at the airport or cargo counters and received an electronically-printed receipt contained the expiration date of the consumer’s credit or debit card between October 17, 2007 and October 21, 2012 may be eligible to receive a pro rata share of the $1.8 million settlement.
