Tesla agreed to a $6.08 million settlement to resolve claims that it violated its contracts with Solar Roof consumers by unexpectedly increasing the agreed upon purchase and/or installation cost. If you contracted for a Tesla Solar Roof purchase and/or installation and were informed of a price increase in or around April 2021, you may be eligible for a payment.
