A $4 million settlement has been reached in a case alleging that the maker of Thinx period underwear used harmful chemicals in the manufacture of its period underwear. Consumers who purchased the product between Nov. 12, 2016, and Nov. 28, 2022, may be eligible for a cash reimbursement or a voucher to be used on a future purchase of the company’s other products.
