Three major tuna fish producers agreed to a $6.5 million dollar settlement to resolve allegations that the companies conspired to overcharge consumers for packages or cans of tuna 40 ounces or larger, purchased from Wal-Mart, Costco, Sam’s Club, DOT Foods or Sysco between June 2011 and December 2016. If you are a resident of one of 27 states or Washington, D.C., and purchased one of the qualifying products during that time frame, you may be eligible for payment.
