A $2 million settlement has been reached in a case alleging that the maker of Wipe Out! products (wipes and sprays) led consumers to incorrectly believe the products were safe and legal to use as surface disinfectants, when in reality the EPA had not found Wipe Out! wipes and sprays to be safe or effective for consumer use. If you purchased Wipe Out! products on or before April 19, 2023, you may be eligible for payment.
