Molson Coors Beverage Company will pay $9.5 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging that its Vizzy Hard Seltzer products were misleadingly labeled as containing “antioxidant vitamin C from acerola superfruit,” when, alleges the class action, they actually contain an insignificant amount of vitamin C. You may be entitled to payment if you purchased any Vizzy Hard Seltzer between Jan. 1, 2020, and March 10, 2023.
