Consumers who purchased Wacoal iPants after January 2011 may be eligible for a refund. Wacoal will provide $1.3 million in consumer refunds to settle a Federal Trade Commission complaint regarding Wacoal’s misleading claims that the caffeine-infused shapewear undergarments reshape the wearer’s body and reduce cellulite.
