Mortgage borrowers who paid for Broker’s Price Opinions (“BPO”) in an amount greater than Wells Fargo had paid to the broker for the BPO between May 6, 2005 and July 1, 2010 may be eligible for pro rata share of the $50 million settlement. Class members will automatically receive payment when the settlement becomes final.
