Ikea (receipt payment card privacy) »Claim deadline is/was Thursday, 04 May 2023. Ikea has agreed to a $24.25 million settlement in a case claiming the retailer printed more payment card digits on customer receipts than allowed under the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA). Ikea printed the first six and last four digits of payment card numbers on its receipts, exceeding the FACTA-allowed last five digits. You may be eligible for a payment if you used a credit or debit card at any IKEA store between Oct. 18, 2017, and Dec. 31, 2019. × |

If you received one or more text messages from, or on behalf of, Frank Speech on the Text2Com platform between July 1, 2021, and Feb. 21, 2023, you may be eligible for a merchandise voucher or a cash payment. ×Toyota (Prius inverters) »Claim deadline is/was Friday, 12 May 2023. Consumers who owned or leased a 2010-2015 Prius or 2012-2017 Prius V as of May 19, 2022, may be eligible for a repair reimbursement (including related car rental costs, towing charges, etc.) and/or a potential cash payment of up to $250. Former AT&T customers may be eligible to claim a refund from the $7 million remaining in a fund required by the Federal Trade Commission in 2019 to settle allegations that the wireless provider charged for “unlimited” data plans while reducing their data speeds—a practice known as throttling. If you are a former AT&T customer who had an unlimited data plan at any time between Oct. 1, 2011, and June 30, 2015, and you experienced data throttling but have not received a bill credit or payment from AT&T related to this case, you can submit a claim. × |

ConAgra Foods has agreed to pay a $3 million class action settlement resolving claims it falsely advertised certain Wesson oil products as “natural” when, in fact, the oils were made from genetically modified ingredients (GMOs). Consumers in 11 states who purchased a qualifying product after a date ranging from 2006 to 2010, depending on state, and before July 1, 2017, can receive a cash payment. × |

Toolmaker Snap-on has agreed to settle allegations that the company failed to prevent a March 2022 data breach that put at risk the data of associates and franchisees.
