If you purchased tickets to a live event via SeatGeek’s mobile website between Sept. 10, 2019, and March 17, 2020, the event was canceled, and you were issued a credit (rather than refund) without consenting to a credit (and you haven’t used that credit or received a refund), you may be eligible to extend the credit or receive a refund. × |
