United Healthcare (lipedema liposuction) »Claim deadline is/was Monday, 20 May 2024. Health insurance company United Healthcare agreed to settle a lawsuit alleging wrongful denial of liposuction claims to treat lipedema. If you had health insurance administered by United Healthcare and your claim for specialized liposuction for treatment of lipedema was denied as unproven between Jan. 1, 2015, and Dec. 31, 2019, you may be eligible for reconsideration of coverage for the procedure or, if you have already paid for the procedure, reimbursement. ×Choice Health (Do Not Call violations) »Claim deadline is/was Monday, 20 May 2024. Choice Health, a healthcare insurance provider, will pay $7 million to resolve allegations that it violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by making unsolicited phone calls to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry. If you received two calls within a 12-month period from Choice Health or Digital Media Solutions (on behalf of Choice Health) at a number you placed on the Do Not Call Registry, you may be eligible for payment. × |

Walgreens (FCRA violations) »Claim deadline is/was Thursday, 23 May 2024. Walgreens agreed to settle a case alleging that the national drugstore chain violated the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) by sending a disposition email—a message notifying job applicants that they were disqualified from employment based on the results of their background check—too soon after the applicants received a copy of the background check on which the company based its decision. If you applied for a job with Walgreens, and Walgreens obtained a background report and may have denied you employment based on that report between March 30, 2020, and May 17, 2022, you may be eligible for payment. A payment of$100 to qualifying class members is automatic; no claim is necessary. However, if you intended to contact Walgreens to explain the circumstances of any information in your background check or would have disputed whether information was accurate or complete, but did not do so because you received a disposition email before you had an opportunity to contact Walgreens, you may be eligible for an additional $818.28. You must file a claim for the additional payment, if you qualify. × |

Vasona Management, a property management company operating in the San Francisco Bay Area, reached a settlement with the California Civil Rights Department to resolve claims that the company discriminated against tenants with children. Naturelo (magnesium supplements) »Claim deadline is/was Tuesday, 28 May 2024. Naturelo Premium Supplements, a distributer of vitamins and nutritional supplements, has agreed to a $1.5 million settlement in a case alleging that the company engaged in deceptive marketing by labeling its magnesium supplements as containing 200mg of magnesium as glycinate chelate when, in fact, the supplements did not. If, between Sept. 1, 2018, and Feb. 28, 2024, you purchased Naturelo Magnesium Glycinate Chelate, directly from the company or from Amazon, you may be eligible for a payment. × |

Visa, Mastercard and member banks have agreed to a $5.54 billion settlement in a case alleging that the companies violated antitrust laws by conspiring to impose unfair business practices and fixed fees on participating merchants.
