Consumers who received automated call regarding an alleged debt between November 2, 2006 and August 31, 2014 and does not owe an outstanding debt account may be eligible for a pro rata share of $2 million settlement. Consumers who received automated call regarding an alleged debt between November 2, 2006 and August 31, 2014 and does owe a balance on the collection account may be eligible for the lessor of a pro rata share of $13 million debt forgiveness or the balance owed on the collection account. The company reached a settlement over allegations of violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
