Individuals who received calls to their cell phones from Response North as part of Zacks Book or Options Trading Campaigns may be eligible for a cash payment. California residents who received a call from Response North that was subject to recording may be eligible for cash payment. The companies reached a settlement over allegations of violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
