ADT current and former customers who entered into a contract with ADT for installation of a resident security system that included a wireless peripheral sensor between November 13, 2009 and July 23, 2014 may be eligible for an estimated $15 payment. ADT current and former customers who entered into a contract with ADT for installation of a resident security system that included a wireless peripheral sensor between July 24, 2014 and August 15, 2016 may be eligible for an estimated $45 payment. The company reached a settlement over allegations of failing to disclose the vulnerability of the wireless sensors.

Current and former checking account holders may be eligible for cash payment or account credit from $66 million settlement if they incurred one or more $35 extended overdrawn balance charges between February 25, 2014 and December 30, 2017. Class members will automatically receive payment or account credit.
