Florida consumers (Florida Purchase Class) who bought certain Costa plano sunglasses between July 28, 2013 and January 31, 2018 may be eligible for one or more Costa product voucher valued between $8.99 and $19.99. The company reached a settlement over allegations of violating the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Consumers who are in the Florida Repair Class, Claim deadline is Sunday, 31 January 2021.

Florida consumers (Florida Purchase Class) who bought certain Costa plano sunglasses between July 28, 2013 and January 31, 2018 may be eligible for one or more Costa product voucher valued between $8.99 and $19.99. The company reached a settlement over allegations of violating the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Consumers who are in the Florida Repair Class, Nationwide Repair Class, and Warranty Class (see FAQ 5) will automatically receive the voucher. The Florida Purchase Class must submit a claim by the deadline to get the voucher.
Claim deadline is Sunday, 31 January 2021.
