Consumers who conducted credit or debit card transactions and received an electronically-printed receipt that displayed the expiration date of the consumer’s credit or debit card between October 14, 2016 and September 28, 2017 at Six Flags may be eligible for $13 voucher or up to $27 per transaction (with proof of transaction). Class members who were not a season pass holder during the class period may be eligible for $13 voucher. The company reached a settlement over allegations of violations of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act.
