JOBS Act Rulemaking: Title II

The coalition calls for the SEC to make improvements in the JOBS Act.

The coalition requires that the Commission remove the ban on general solicitation and advertising (“GS&A”) for private offerings conducted pursuant to Securities Act Rule 506.
