Help Desk FAQ

Debit cards

Does a debit card have an expiration date?

Yes. The expiration date can be found on the card, written as XX/XX (month and year). Generally, a card can be used through the last day of the month in which it expires. For example, a card with an expiration date of 12/20  is good through December 31, 2020. Typically, debit cards expire every two to three years, and if you still have an account with the bank, you will be issued a new one with a new expiration date.
